    Troy Mata is the CEO and Founder of Innovative Furniture Solutions, a company born from his passion for innovation and excellence in the furniture industry. Troy began his career in the repossession and skip tracing sector, where he quickly made a name for himself at the largest skip tracing agency. His strategic approach to increasing profitability and customer retention led him to co-found ACRG in 2004, which specialized in providing a single-source solution for lenders in repossession and remarketing efforts. It was here that he pioneered the concept of “Forwarding” services and developed the groundbreaking I.R.O.N. platform that set industry standards for immediate repossession.


    In 2012, Troy transitioned to the furniture industry, opening a successful brick-and-mortar residential furniture business. However, his insatiable drive for innovation led him to explore manufacturing, resulting in the establishment of Ethos MFG, which focused on custom furniture for the hospitality sector. His entrepreneurial spirit did not stop there; he went on to create Homevita and Aptvita, e-commerce platforms that offered tenants and residents direct access to manufacturer pricing for home furnishings.


    Recognizing the need for cost-effective solutions in the commercial sector, Troy founded Innovative Furniture Solutions. By applying the ManufacturerDirect pricing model to commercial projects, IFS has successfully delivered high-quality, durable furniture while saving clients hundreds of thousands of dollars. With extensive partnerships and a commitment to excellence, IFS serves a diverse range of sectors, including commercial offices, multi-family projects, medical facilities, hospitality groups, and outdoor spaces.


    Troy is also passionate about construction and has developed a division within IFS that specializes in both new and remodeling builds for residential and commercial clients. His vision is clear: to innovate and provide effective solutions for every project.

    With over 25 years of experience in retail, franchising, and wholesale, Chris Witcher is a seasoned management executive recognized for his ability to drive business growth and operational excellence. His keen eye for detail and strong understanding of CAD/CAM design have empowered him to lead teams to achieve remarkable results. Chris also has extensive knowledge in developing and customizing products for the automotive industry, further showcasing his versatility and expertise.

    Dedicated to continuous improvement, Chris embraces the power of collaboration and teamwork to foster an environment of success. He is committed to staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the industry, ensuring that his strategies remain innovative and effective.

    Outside of his professional endeavors, Chris is passionate about motorsports, aviation, and martial arts. He possesses a deep understanding of mechanical systems and enjoys hands-on work, which reflects his strong work ethic and discipline. These interests not only fuel his personal passions but also enhance his collaborative approach to leadership.

    Leveraging her extensive background in the medical field, Crystal has partnered with her husband to innovate and develop cutting-edge commercial furniture solutions. Together, they are committed to transforming spaces with products designed to enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring that every environment—whether clinical or commercial—meets the evolving needs of its users. Crystal's unique perspective combines her deep understanding of healthcare dynamics with a passion for design, making her a valuable asset in the commercial furniture industry.

    Jen Jackson, a Registered Interior Designer and LEED AP, brings over 20 years of experience in architectural interior design with a focus on multi-family, hotel, and restaurant projects. A graduate of The University of North Texas and licensed in Texas, her design journey began early through her mother’s work as a designer and contractor. Starting in the restaurant industry at age 16, she gained hands-on construction experience that shaped her career. Jen’s work at an architecture firm included transforming the historic Mercantile Building in Dallas into loft apartments, broadening her expertise beyond traditional interior design. She excels in creating unique design concepts that align with brand visions, future trends, efficient space planning, and ADA compliance. Her diverse portfolio features award-winning projects and designs for hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, and luxury residences, demonstrating her creative problem-solving skills and commitment to innovative, client-focused design solutions. Her work continues to inspire innovative design.

    Marcos began learning about residential and commercial real estate, development and construction at an early age. After attending UNT, Marcos pursued his passion for real estate by establishing himself in Florida, then relocated in the DFW area. Marcos is enthusiastic, hard working, honest, dedicated professional who specializes in project management for commercial construction projects across DFW. Fluent in Spanish, Marcos' cultural background and language skills allow him and his team to provide exceptional service!
