Troy Mata is the CEO and Founder of Innovative Furniture Solutions, a company born from his passion for innovation and excellence in the furniture industry. Troy began his career in the repossession and skip tracing sector, where he quickly made a name for himself at the largest skip tracing agency. His strategic approach to increasing profitability and customer retention led him to co-found ACRG in 2004, which specialized in providing a single-source solution for lenders in repossession and remarketing efforts. It was here that he pioneered the concept of “Forwarding” services and developed the groundbreaking I.R.O.N. platform that set industry standards for immediate repossession.In 2012, Troy transitioned to the furniture industry, opening a successful brick-and-mortar residential furniture business. However, his insatiable drive for innovation led him to explore manufacturing, resulting in the establishment of Ethos MFG, which focused on custom furniture for the hospitality sector. His entrepreneurial spirit did not stop there; he went on to create Homevita and Aptvita, e-commerce platforms that offered tenants and residents direct access to manufacturer pricing for home furnishings.
Recognizing the need for cost-effective solutions in the commercial sector, Troy founded Innovative Furniture Solutions. By applying the ManufacturerDirect pricing model to commercial projects, IFS has successfully delivered high-quality, durable furniture while saving clients hundreds of thousands of dollars. With extensive partnerships and a commitment to excellence, IFS serves a diverse range of sectors, including commercial offices, multi-family projects, medical facilities, hospitality groups, and outdoor spaces.
Troy is also passionate about construction and has developed a division within IFS that specializes in both new and remodeling builds for residential and commercial clients. His vision is clear: to innovate and provide effective solutions for every project.

Jen Jackson, a Registered Interior Designer and LEED AP, brings over 20 years of experience in architectural interior design with a focus on multi-family, hotel, and restaurant projects. A graduate of The University of North Texas and licensed in Texas, her design journey began early through her mother’s work as a designer and contractor. Starting in the restaurant industry at age 16, she gained hands-on construction experience that shaped her career. Jen’s work at an architecture firm included transforming the historic Mercantile Building in Dallas into loft apartments, broadening her expertise beyond traditional interior design. She excels in creating unique design concepts that align with brand visions, future trends, efficient space planning, and ADA compliance.
